WomanWize & Friends Health & Lifestyle Tips for Busy People
Like you, we’re busy women. We want the most current health information available, and easy -to-do healthy living tips. And we want it on our schedules. Which sometimes means in the middle of the night with a fussy baby on our laps. Or while the kids are in school, or our husbands are working late. And we want to do it in a fun, conversational way. Think of it as sharing a conversation with friends over a virtual cup of coffee (no calories in our lattes!).
